探討批式結晶製程之模擬與優化,以method of moment模擬結晶過程之粒徑分布,並使用最佳控制理論計算結晶過程之最佳過飽和度軌跡
過濾製程之模擬與優化
使用LIGGGHTS-OpenFOAM模擬過濾過程中,粒子物性、粒徑分布及操作壓力對過濾效果之影響化工製程之優化與製程強化
使用模擬退火法優化Aspen Plus製程模型,對多設計變數之製程(如多塔熱整合系統)提供製程強化之指引與建議。
工業製程之建模與優化
與工業夥伴合作,根據實場量測數據,以Aspen Plus建立製程模型,並進行敏感度分析,提供操作優化之建議
